I.P.P in full is; (Installment Payment Plan) and if a particular item has an IPP tag, this means that you are able to pay for that item in your desired installment amounts until you complete it in the specified period of time. (See our Payment Methods Here)
Pre-Order in other terms may have different meanings but to us, it is a way of paying for an item either in installments or at once before it is imported into the country. When you pay at least 60% of the item, then we shall import it for you. By the time you complete the full payment, your item will already be in place available for collection. If you make the payment all at once, it takes the maximum of 14 days for your item to be received in your hands but many times, it takes less than that time frame.
Note that all Mobile Phones we sell on Pre-Order, are all UK Used Phones but in Grade A+ (the condition is 90-98% new). Why would one buy a UK used phone? A UK Used phone in A+ condition is almost a new phone in all ways but sold at a very favorable amount of money giving you an option to save money between 30-50% that would be spent on a boxed phone. Beware that many sellers, rebox and sell this type of phones to you expensively as Brand New Boxed Phones when they’re actually used ones in A+ condition. Don’t fall in this trap, order for yours through us today.
What is the digit/number before the IPP?
This means the time limit you must use to pay for that item. For example: An iPhone 5s is sold at Ugx: 180,000/- and it has an IPP tag of 2M-IPP. This means that you can pay for it in installments as you want but within the time limit of 2 months and then you take the item.
Understanding the letters after the Digit/Number
W – stands for week(s), M – stands for month(s), Y – stands for year(s). For example: If an item has a tag of 2M-IPP, it means you must complete your installment payments for that item withing 2 months. If the product doesn’t have a payment tag on it, that means its sale price must be paid at once and you take the item.
What happens when you fail to complete your IPP within the limited Time?
When your IPP period expires when you have not completed the payment, we shall give you an extension of 14 days (2 weeks) to complete the payment without any late payment fines at all. If the extended period of 14 days also expire without completing your payment, then we shall charge you a penalty of 25% off the total you have already paid and refund the remaining balance back to you using your most recent mode of payment.
What if I complete the IPP and find the product out of stock or price increased?
If the product you have been paying for is found out of stock, we shall discuss with you what you prefer us to do for you or refund your full payments made to us back to you minus just transaction charges. If it is the price of the product that changed, we shall communicate to you about this price increase and if you don’t agree with it, then we shall refund all your money back minus transaction charges only.
Can I pay installments on various items?
We don’t allow you to pay installments on numerous items unless when you are paying cash for all of them at once. If you choose to pay installments, choose one item and pay for it mpola mpola until you complete it in the specified period of time. After that, you can choose another item to pay for in installments.
What if I change my mind during the IPP period?
It is very ok to change your mind any time but we shall charge you a 10% fine off the total amount of money you have paid and refund the remaining balance back to you.
